To begin services come to Urgent Care at 741 Scholl Road, Monday and Friday 8am-4pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8am-5pm. Call Helpline at 419-522-4357.
Fees
Fee-for-service basis; Accepts Self-pay, commercial insurance, and Medicaid. Sliding fee scale available for Richland County, based on need.

For adults only, 18 and older. Withdrawal Management, also referred to as detox. Our 16-bed facility provides 24/7 nursing staff and medical care to support individuals during their withdrawal from addictive substances. New Beginnings Residential Treatment: offering 24-hour care to help individuals achieve and maintain recovery from addiction. We have one 16 bed women’s facility, and one 16 bed men’s facility. Outpatient Services include individual counseling, case management, peer support, and group counseling: Opportunity Group (explores how alcohol and/or other drug use is affecting your life); Intensive Outpatient/IOP (learning and practicing new behaviors to support recovery): Recovery Management (maintaining skills necessary to sustain recovery); SET – Stabilization, Engagement, and Treatment (offers participants opportunity to interact with others with similar issues in a safe, supportive environment). MAT, medication assisted treatment also available.

Rehabilitation services include occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech and language therapy and audiology. Deaf services include professional sign language interpreting, advocacy and accessibility, community resource referral, and support services. Children and adolescent services include mental health counseling and therapy, psychiatric-medical services, and psychological testing. Precise Services offers janitorial and lawn care. Progress Industries offers industrial services, vocational services, screen print services, embroidery services, digital printing services and a full line of campus wear and uniforms. New Beginnings Recovery Services offers drug and alcohol treatment for adults in need of residential level of care.
