Low to moderate income (HUD income guidlines) homeowners who reside in Berea that have a problem constituting a violation of the City's exterior maintenance ordinance and/or have a problem or situation that is considered detrimental or one that poses a threat to life and/or health safety of the occupant(s) and requires immediate action. The requested project must be considered a violation of any applicable local law.
