- Serves women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have had a baby (or been pregnant) within the last six (6) months.
- Women younger than 18 do NOT need parent/guardian permission.
- Serves infants and children up to five (5) years old.
- Applicants must live in Harrison County, meet household income guidelines, and meet certain nutritional or health risks.
- Number in household includes unborn children. (Example: A pregnant, single woman is a household of two). Definition of income does NOT include household assets.
- Individuals receiving Medicaid, Ohio Works First or Food Stamps automatically meet income eligibility.
- ID that shows name and birthdate for those in the household who are applying for benefits (for the baby, will accept a crib card from the hospital).
- Will need proof of pregnancy from doctor or clinic, with a due date.
- For income verification, will accept the following: Month's worth of pay stubs, SSI statements, Medicaid card, proof of enrollment in Ohio Works First, Food Assistance letter provided by the county Department of Job and Family Services.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Description
Provides supplemental foods, nutrition education, counseling, support and referral services to eligible women, children, fathers, and kinship caregivers. Nursing mothers are provided with information and education on breastfeeding.
