Serves low income residents in Medina County meeting the following income guidelines:
The Very Low Income (HCVP - Section 8) Eligibility Guidelines (updated April 1st, 2025):
- Family of 1 = $34,800.
- Family of 2 = $39,800.
- Family of 3 = $44,750.
- Family of 4 = $49,700.
- Family of 5 = $53,700.
- Family of 6 = $57,700.
- Family of 7 = $61,650.
- Family of 8 = $65,650.

Fees
No fee for application - Medina Metropolitan Housing Authority (MMHA) pays difference between contract rent and the client's portion via government funds. Client's portion is generally 30% of monthly income but can vary.
