THERAPEUTIC, FAMILY AND MEDICALLY FRAGILE FOSTER CARE | NATIONAL YOUTH ADVOCATE PROGRAM
Provides foster care for youths who are unable to remain in their home due to abuse, neglect, dependency, medical issues, juvenile deliquency or family conflict. Offers specialized and therapuetic foster care for youths who require a higher level of care. Offers medically fragile foster care for children who has or is at risk of developing a medical and/or developmental condition that requires on-going care.
