Adults 18 and older. Targets, but not limited to, those who reside in the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center school district: Brecksville-Broadview Hts., Cuyahoga Hts., Garfield Hts., Independence, North Royalton, Nordonia Hills, Revere, and Twinsburg.
Completed application district residents also need proof of residency: copy of driver's license or copy of tax bill indicating school district. For seniors: need proof of age and proof of residency (must show residency within the school district and must show age of 60 at time of registration): copy of driver's license or copy of birth certificate and copy of tax bill that indicates school district. For those on disability need proof of residency: copy of driver's license or copy of tax bill that indicates school district and copy of award letter.

Tuition based classes for adult education; residents of Cuyahoga Valley Career Center school district pay a lower rate on most classes; selected courses have a discounted rate for those who reside in the area and are either 60 and older or receiving full disability assistance. Will help qualified students apply for federal financial aid programs.

Offers a variety of courses designed for those persons who want to enhance their career or start a new career. Training available in the following areas, but not limited to, emergency medical technician (EMT), CPR, safety rescue, business, computer technology, electrical trades, quality control, nursing, dental assisting,pharmacy technician, accounting, auto cad, machine trades, automotive, HVAC, phlebotomy, EKG and cosmetology. Many programs offer certification.
