Provides up to $5,000/school year for qualified school-related expenses for eligible students. In addition to funds, may include mentoring and other services designed to support student success in education.

Submit application online by creating an account through organization's web site. Process includes student having institution they will be attending fax a form proving their enrollment and the cost of their education to the organization and providing critical transcripts to display progression

Eligibility

Serves Ohio. Current or former foster children who were in foster care on their 18th birthday and who aged out at that time or who were adopted from foster care with the adoption finalized after their 16th birthday, or who will have their foster care case closed between the ages of 18 and 26. Must be at least 18 but younger than 21 to apply for the first time. Must have been accepted into or be enrolled in a degree, certificate or other accredited program at a college, university, technical, or vocational school.
