Offers a full range of Adult Day Programs that includes art, gardening classes, health and fitness programs, and a variety of community inclusion activities. Also provides outings to the library, the YMCA, shopping, dining, volunteering, and more. Services are person centered and tailored to the needs and desires of the individual.

Eligibility
Open to residents of Cuyahoga County aged 18 and older with moderate, severe, or profound developmental disabilities. Applicants must be deemed eligible for Cuyahoga Board of DD services. Onset of Intellectual disability (intellectual developmental disorder) must have been prior to age 18, and of other developmental disability prior to age 22. Prospective client will be tested using the Ohio Eligibility Determination Instrument.
