Time and materials-based charges. Billing is by the quarter hour - $70 for the first 15 minutes and $30 per quarter hour after. If materials are used (such as suture kits, vaccines, medications), the charge is slightly above actual cost. Payment must be made at the time of service. No insurance is processed.
