COMMUNITY PSYCHIATRIC SUPPORTIVE TREATMENT (CPST) | COLEMAN HEALTH SERVICES

Offers case management services to youth and adults who experience severe and persistent mental illness. Provides ongoing assessments of needs, assistance in managing basic needs, and the development of daily living skills to individuals or small groups. Assists with coordination of services, finding needed community services, advocacy and outreach, individual and family education and training, as well as eliminating barriers to seeking or maintaining education and employment.
