Description

Provide a service of linkage, referral and program planning whereby needed services can be obtained either from the LCBDD or from other agencies in our community or throughout the state. Primarily screening new referrals, determining program and funding eligibility, developing participant plans, monitoring the provision of services to residents, and dealing w/emergencies. For children over the age of three, contact LCBDD's Admissions Coordinator at 740-349-6588 or 800-325-2848. They will assist with eligibility determination.
