Eligibility

- Served in the United States military and received an honorable discharge or honorable separation. - Spouse or widow of an honorably discharged or separated Veteran. - Summit County resident for at least three (3) months. - Proof of a definite financial need through verification of all income and assets in addition to a listing of all current household expenditures.
