Provides a phone line for City of Barberton residents to report damage to their homes, businesses, or other private property due to a recent storm. Offers post-disaster clean up assistance including pumping and disinfecting basements. Maintains post-disaster monetary fund to provide financial assistance to low income households towards repairing and/or replacing damaged carpet, furniture, hot water tanks, electric boxes, and so forth.
