Serves households in Zip codes 44113 and 44109. Must have income that follows the guidelines of The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP): approximately 200% FPL or lower. Client can receive assistance one time per month.
Proof of Address/Residency (this could be a current postmarked utility bill, Ohio Works First (OWF) statement, or other official document - such as that received from Social Security). Photo I.D. if available. However, individuals can be served once without documents. If a person must send a representative to pick up food, will need a signed paper form stating that the representative is picking up for someone else. The representative will need to bring the documents listed above that pertain to the client receiving food.
Tu, Th: 10:00am-12:00noon. Pantry is closed whenever Cleveland Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather. CLOSED: Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day (and the day after), New Year's Eve.

Walk in for service during hours of service. Hunger Network will do their best to let 2-1-1 know about any closings or schedule changes. However, if needed, clients can call this pantry site directly (this site may not have regular office hours, so if there is no answer, leave a voice message and the call will be returned as soon as possible). Those with service issues that can't be addressed directly with the pantry may call the Hunger Network main office M-F 9:00 am 4:30pm (if no answer, leave a voice mail and the call will be returned within 1-2 business days). Please note the name and/or address of the specific pantry site when calling Hunger Network. Clients with disabilities may send a representative in their place to pick up food (representative will need to bring all required documents).
