  • Serves residents of Portage and Trumbull counties being sued for credit card debt in local municipal courts.
  • Gross household income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines OR must be an older adult age 60 or over.

If possible, callers should collect legal documents related to the case in order to provide information during the clinic.
