Must be court ordered to complete this course and a written referral must be made by one of the following courts: Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Courts, Cleveland and some suburban Municipal Courts, and U.S. District Court. Referral may be faxed or sent by mail. May phone for information and to receive referral form M-F: 8:00am-4:00pm.

Adults 18 or older who are convicted of a crime involving a weapon. Completion of the course must be an imposed condition of their probation.
