Application process
Call our intake line (614) 484-1966 or email [email protected] with any questions or to request an application. Note that homeownership applications are only accepted during certain periods.
Fee
No fees, however, partner families in our Homeownership Program pay an affordable mortgage based on income. Families in our Home Repair Program have a payback based on income and project size/scope.
Eligibility
Offers the Homeownership Program they need to earn between 30-60% AMI. Home Repair Program must earn between 0-80% AMI. All must be willing to partner, display a need, and provide sweat equity hours. Additionally, families must have a steady source of income and meet all other criteria in application.
