Application process

- Call the Addiction Help Line for assistance. - Callers will be asked a few questions to determine which local treatment providers can best meet their needs and will be provided with information about treatment options available to them based on their individual circumstances. - The Addiction Help Line staff will then connect the caller to the selected treatment agency to make a warm handoff and to schedule the initial appointment during business hours. - After hours staff will assist with discussing access to detox and providing supports during hours that treatment providers are not open.
