Open to Bedford Heights residents and businesses, as well as residents of the Bedford School District. Events must not be for profit. An eligible Bedford Heights resident age 18 or older must sign the contract and be at the event during its full duration.
For residents, proof of residence (current utility bill and current ID), plus lease, if renter.
For meetings: M-Th: 9:00am-4:00pm for parties: F & Sa: 9:00am-8:00pm, Su: closed. For parties, those renting the space have use of it for the entire day.

Phone M-Th: 8:30am-8:00pm; F: 9:00am-4:30pm; or Sa: 9:00am-4:30pm to reserve space and make arrangements to come in to sign contract. For parties, reservations can be made starting November 1st for the following calendar year, and should be made as early as possible to obtain popular dates. Meetings can be scheduled at any time.

Fixed fee depending on number of people in attendance, plus a refundable deposit. There is an extra charge for police security for any gathering where there are more than 75 people, where alcohol is served, and/or teen parties. Teen parties require two officers.

Description

Provides two large rooms which can be rented for meetings or parties. Each has a kitchen, there is an ice machine, and one room has a portable bar available. Participants may prepare food or engage a caterer. One room has a capacity of 150 persons, and the other 75.
