Application process
Anyone who suspects that an adult may be in need of protective services should contact Adult Protective Services by phone with the following identifying information:
  • The adult’s name, age, race/ethnicity, and address.
  • Caregiver information.
  • Circumstances regarding the abuse, neglect, and/or exploitation.
  • The alleged perpetrator's access to the adult.
  • The adult's current condition and information regarding any evidence of previous abuse, neglect, and or exploitation.
