Eligibility
All Veterans and their families in Franklin County are eligibile. Note: One must be a Veteran or member of a family in which the head of household or his/her spouse is a Veteran; discharge must not be dishonorable; have an income that is below 50% of the area's median income; and be in permanent housing or at least scheduled to move into permanent housing within 90 days.

Photo ID, proof of Veteran status, medical card, social security card, birth certificate (able to assist one in obtaining documentation)
