Eligibility
Serves residents of Medina County experiencing a psychiatric crisis and/or a crisis brought on by substance abuse.

None.
Hours
  • Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Calls are answered by on-site staff Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
  • Monday through Friday after hours and Saturday and Sunday calls are answered by an off-site answering service who then notifies a staff member to call the client back.
  • Staff can also be deployed to a nearby hospital within one (1) hour of the request being made by phone.

Fees
  • Accepts Ohio Medicaid, Medicare, and some private insurances.
  • Offers a sliding fee scale based on gross monthly income and household size for non-insured clients.

  • Offers 24-hour hotline that takes calls from clients or their loved ones who witness or are experiencing acute or chronic psychiatric distress and/or a crisis brought on by substance abuse.
  • Serves as a suicide prevention hotline. Assesses the situation over the phone, immediately, and responds to emergency room or hospital if it is decided that client needs immediate emergency services.
  • Offers emergency consultations for any significant person in client's life. Assesses the problem and accesses appropriate services such as hospitalization, crisis intervention, and counseling.
