Residents of Fulton, Henry, Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky, Wood, Monroe MI counties who are looking for information about family or friends in a disaster area. For assistance by phone must also: be a family member including spouse, parent, sibling, child, grandparents, legal guardian, or significant other. There must be the potential of a medical emergency or serious health problem for the person in the disaster-affected area, such as the person has a previous illness or health condition or they are frail and elderly.
