Save the Dream Ohio provides assistance to Ohio homeowners facing foreclosure and/or who cannot afford to pay their mortgage payments or other related housing costs as a result of economic hardship caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The program is administered by the Ohio Housing Finance Agency.
Required documents
Must have the following: Any correspondence from loan servicer
mortgage statement
utility bill
last 30 days of income for all household members
2 most recent bank statements (all pages)
last 2 years of tax returns
evidence of homeowners insurance
real estate taxes have to be current, or in verified repayment plan
