- Must be resident of Medina County or have had marriage performed in Medina County. - Must be at least 18 years old to file for license. - Must provide proof of pregnancy or due date if bride is under the age of 15; must provide parental signatures from both parents if bride is 16-17 years old. - If divorced, must show proof of divorce with certified copy of divorce papers.
