Serves Zip codes 44103 and 44104. Service may be recieved once every 30 days (exceptions may be made at the pantry manager's discretion). Generally, income should be 200% of the Federal Poverty Limit or less. Households that do not meet the income guidelines but have extenuating circumstances (such as loss of income or some other financial hardship) may be served on a case by case basis. If a client comes from outside the pantry's service area, they will be served once, and then directed to the correct Hunger Network pantry.
Proof of Address/Residency (this could be a current postmarked utility bill, Ohio Works First (OWF) statement, or other official document - such as that received from Social Security). Photo I.D. if available. However, individuals can be served once without documents. If a person must send a representative to pick up food, will need a signed paper form stating that the representative is picking up for someone else. The representative will need to bring the documents listed above that pertain to the client receiving food.
Tu: 10:00am-12:00noon. Generally, closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Eve/Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and all major holidays.

Walk in for service during hours of service. Hunger Network will do their best to let 2-1-1 know about any closings or schedule changes. However, if needed, clients can call this pantry site directly (this site may not have regular office hours, so if there is no answer, leave a voice message and the call will be returned as soon as possible). Those with service issues that can't be addressed directly with the pantry may call the Hunger Network main office M-F 9:00 am 4:30pm (if no answer, leave a voice mail and the call will be returned within 1-2 business days). Please note the name and/or address of the specific pantry site when calling Hunger Network. Disabled clients may send a representative in their place to pick up food (representative will need to bring all required documents).

Description

Provides a 3-5 day supply of groceries (canned and dry foods to make up 3 meals a day) packed according to family size. Occasionally, baby formula may be available. Generally, this pantry will attempt to include holiday related items during November and December.
