Application process
First Time Visit - Sign-up for a membership:
- Bring your picture ID and one proof of residency to the front desk.
- Proof of residency includes your name and current address, dated within the last 90 days. This could be a current utility bill, lease agreement, medical bill, or government document. You will be asked to verify that your household income is less than 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Level.

HEART serves hungry neighbors with income below 200% of the poverty level and live in the 43068 service area (Reynoldsburg). Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before closing. Families can shop once a week during open hours. We will pre-package produce, shelf stable items, baked goods, and meat. We are unable to fill special requests at this time. A HEART Volunteer will deliver and load groceries into your car.
Drive-Up Service Only, No appointment Needed. HEART's new entrance is at 6541 E. Main Street to reduce congestion on Main St. Please stay in line and you will be directed to the sign-in area, then to receive your groceries.
- Exit, Turn Right (eastbound E. Main Street) only.
- Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before opening or 15 minutes before we close,
