MEDIC ALERT & SAFE RETURN | ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION - CLEVELAND AREA CHAPTER

Identifies, locates, and returns individuals with memory impairment who wander. The person with Alzheimer's wears an identification necklace or bracelet. Those who find the lost person call the emergency response number on the identification product and the individual's family or caregivers are contacted. If medical attention is required, access to a personal health record is immediately available. The family is provided support during search and rescue efforts.
