Vision Usa | Ohio Optometric Association
If you need an eye exam and do not have insurance and cannot afford one, work with your social worker, case worker, charitable organization or agency to submit an application on your behalf for VISION USA services. If an individual or family is eligible they will be matched with a volunteer doctor of optometry who will provide a comprehensive eye exam at no charge. Eyewear may also be provided at no cost or for a small fee/donation in some states.
