Eligibility
Applicant must be employed full time with a work history OR enrolled full time in an accredited educational program or trade school and working part time at minimum. Additional adults in the household must also be working or have verifiable and documented reason for not working. Hourly wage must be in excess of $13/hour. Must complete regular check ins and document review with program coordinator. Must live in Lake County. May not have received requested form of assistance in the past. (Applicants may qualify for multiple forms of assistance.)
Required documents
ID of each household member: -Birth Certificate, -Social Security Card, -State issues ID card. Budget and bank statements. Pay stubs. Verification of student enrollment. Verification of status that causes individual to not be employed (example: caregiver, disability, etc.) -NOTE: Only applicable for secondary adults in the household.

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Closed Friday.
