Parent and Youth Ambassadors provide a single, inperson resource that allows families to have their questions answered and access needed support. Parent and Youth Ambassadors have lived experience in social systems and will respond to inquiries (phone,chat,in person) by providing assistance for support, service referrals, and benefit navigation.

COAD is a private, non-profit community-based organization serving rural, mostly Appalachian, counties in eastern and southern Ohio. It is comprised of seventeen Community Action Agencies that serve a 30 county area. COAD has three major program divisions: Community Development, Early Care and Education and Senior Programs. COAD also offers scholarship assistance and leadership development opportunities.
