Provides varicella, meningococcal, HPV, flu, Covid-19, Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B and vaccines for immunizations against childhood diseases, such as rubella, whooping cough, diphtheria, measles and polio. Other vaccines, such as Rabies, by special order.

Call the office at extension 1810 Monday to Wednesday from 8:00am to 4:00pm and Thursday from 8:00am to 6:00pm to check on availability, cost, and to schedule an appointment.
Fee
- Varies according to service. - Most vaccines that are required for children under the age of 18 are given for a nominal administration fee. - Accepts private insurance, medical card, Medicare, Medicaid and private pay. - If no insurance, offers a sliding fee scale based on income.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
