Open to anyone age 18 or older who has a fee dispute against an attorney with offices in Portage County. The petitioner/client must make a good faith effort to resolve the fee dispute with the attorney prior to requesting mediation.
Fee Dispute Form and paperwork requested on the form such as bills, receipts, and other documents that support the dispute.

Mediates fee disputes against lawyers with offices in Portage County. The committee will review and assign an attorney familiar with the type of case in which the fee dispute arose. The assigned attorney will try to mediate a resolution of the dispute between the petitioner/client and the attorney.
