Help Me Grow Early Intervention | Fairfield County Family And Children First Council
Program to identify and provide support for infants and toddlers under the age of 3 with/at risk for disabilities or developmental delays. Families work with a Service Coordinator to create an individualized plan, identify a primary service provider, and fill other needs. New or expecting parents can also opt into home visits for parenting education and to discuss parenting.
