Phone for an appointment for evaluation and intake. Written referral from child's physician is required for new clients and annually for ongoing clients.

Eligibility

Serves youth, aged birth to 22. The agency targets those with developmental disabilities (such as epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and Down Syndrome), traumatic brain injuries, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, the autism spectrum, genetic disorders, sensory dysfunction, speech and language delays, other neuromuscular disorders, impairment-associated delays, and hearing impairments. No residency restrictions.
