Eligibility
- Serves youth through age 21 who are enrolled in the Minerva Local School District. Allows some open enrollment. Open enrollment period is April 1st through April 30th.
- Children must be age five (5) by the first day of the school year in order to attend Kindergarten during the academic year.
Required documents
Birth certificate, immunization records, confirmation of residency, parent/guardian driver's license or state-issues photo ID, and custodial document,if applicale.
- Students without a fixed night-time address (which includes sharing the housing of other persons due to loss of housing, economic hardship, or similar reason, living in motels, hotels, trailer parks, or camping grounds due to lack of alternative adequate accommodations, or living in emergency or transitional shelters) should be enrolled immediately without documents.
