Eligibility
Serves individuals who are blind or visually impaired. Can receive a cane every 6 months if needed.
Required documents
Must complete an application form.
Hours
Available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Application process
Call the office M-F: 8:00am-5:00pm or visit the website for an application form. Cane is mailed directly to patron after they have submitted an application. Requests may be made as often as every 6 months.
