Provides grants to assist homeowners with home repairs. The following repairs may be eligible for the program:
--Building envelope structural repairs, including the roof, floors, ceiling, walls and foundation;
--Roofing repair and/or replacement;
--Gutter repair and /or replacement as well as other moisture mitigation work;
--Heating system repair and/or replacement;
--Plumbing repair and/or replacement;
--Septic system repair and/or replacement;
--Electrical upgrades, repair or replacement;
--Interior/exterior repairs and alterations to allow handicapped mobility and accessibility, such as kitchen and bathroom modifications, ramps, handrails, and grab bars.
Repairs are provided by contractors hired by COAD.
