Open to residents of Butler County age 60 or older who have age-related cognitive and/or physical needs.

Contact by phone or email or complete an online interest form to schedule a tour of the center. After touring, interested individuals must complete an intake and screening process with the center director and staff nurse.
$82 for full day and $41 for half day. Contact by phone or email for more information about private pay costs. Eligible individuals may have their services paid for in-full or partially by Butler County Elderly Services Program (ESP) or PASSPORT.

Provides comprehensive daytime care and supervision for aging adults. Attendees are offered meals, exercise, and a variety of educational, therapeutic, and social opportunities, such as musical programs, crafts, speakers, and films.
