Supports patients who have been diagnosed and treated for Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), and/or Sepsis within the last 6 months. Once approved, the financial fund provides a one-time $1,000 grant to cover expenses related to transportation, housing and, lodging, utilities, or food /nutrition needs.
