In-person hours: Tuesday through Friday from 10:00am to 3:00pm.
Regular Business Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Friday: 8:30am to 4:00pm.
Emergency and scheduled sign language interpreters available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

- Walk in for service during in-person hours for case management and information/referral services.
- Call the video phone at 234-525-6176 or email [email protected] for questions regarding interpreting services. For case management appointments, please call Mark Byrd at 234-525-6207.
- During regular business hours, call 330-376-3665 for assistance. If no answer, leave a message.
- During after-hours for all Non-Emergency calls, call 330-376-3665. Leave a message, someone will return your call during office hours.
- During after-hours for EMERGENCY sign language interpreters, call 330-376-3717 for assistance.
