Pregnant or parenting individuals age 18-24 who are homeless or housing unstable. Must be at or below 50% AMI.
Identifying documents (ID, birth certificate, social security card). Can assist with obtaining documentation. Proof of income required.
Mon-Fri 10 am-3 pm.
Telephone. Huckleberry House's Families will have an initial meeting with their case manager to go over paperwork and discuss next steps. Will need to have their eligibility to be verified as homeless.

Transitional age youth (TAY) Housing program serves families where head of household is between 18-24 years old. Clients are linked with a case manager who assists with identifying stable housing, providing financial assistance and goal planning as well as connection to community resources.
