The role of an SSA is to listen and learn from people interested in county board services and to help coordinate services and supports that enable them to have a good life! An SSA can help you to: see if you’re eligible for services; help you put together a plan that includes keeping you as safe and healthy as possible; and check to make sure your personal plan is kept current and meets your needs.
