Potential residents must: 

• Be age 18 or older
• Be a single parent with custody of one or more children under the age of 18, with preference given to parents with children under age 6
• Meet household income eligibility criteria for Section 8 assistance
• Have a willingness to participate in the Gardens Self Sufficiency Program
