Eligibility
Potential residents must:
- Be age 18 or older
- Be a single parent with custody of one or more children under the age of 18, with preference given to parents with children under age 6
- Meet household income eligibility criteria for Section 8 assistance
- Have a willingness to participate in the Gardens Self Sufficiency Program
