Phone M-F: 9:00am-2:00pm to make an appointment for an interview. If accepted, there is a 6-week probationary period to determine if individual is appropriate for program.

Fee

Fixed fee; however, fee may be paid by the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (CCBDD).

Eligibility

Ages 21 and older, with developmental disabilities. Must be ambulatory, toilet-trained, and independent with personal hygiene. Targets Cuyahoga County but is not limited to that area.
