Residents of Darke County whose household income is below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. Clients can receive assistance every 6 months. If client receives assistance 3 times and applies again they will be required to receive budget counseling provided by the agency.

Photo ID, proof of income for all members of the household, and landlord's agreement that tenant will be able to remain in their home for 1 month.
