Eligibility
Students in grades Pre-K-12 (ages 4-18) who attend schools in the Toledo Public Schools District and are homeless. Homeless families have no fixed or regular home, such as a motel or shelter, or are living in a location not designed for sleeping, such as a car, park or campsite, or are living with more than one family in a house or apartment due to a loss in housing or economic hardship, or are an unaccompanied minor.
Required documents
Completed Residency Form. This can be obtained at emergency shelter or at any Toledo Public School.
