ELECTRIC PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM (EPP) | OHIO DEVELOPMENT SERVICES AGENCY

The EPP will identify how electricity is used in your home and install energy efficient items if they will reduce electric usage. Items may include things ranging from light bulbs to new appliances. An auditor will contact you and set up a time to visit and help you save money and energy.

Eligibility

Ohioans are eligible for EPP if they are on or eligible for the Percentage of Income Payment Plan Plus (PIPP), having a total household income that is at or below 150 percent of the federal poverty levels, high energy use and a client of a regulated utility
