Client must have no insurance. Also provides select brands of diabetes supplies at reduced cost for insured. Not able to deliver or mail supplies.

Provides an emergency diabetes supply assistance for individuals who are diagnosed diabetic. Clients can receive one month's worth of supplies (glucometers, strips, syringes, etc.) one time in a 12 month period. Do not provide insulin.
