Application process

Assessments are required. Phone M-Th: 8:00am-5:00pm and F: 8:00am-4:30pm to schedule. Do not leave messages in the general mailbox. During the day, press the Operator key or listen to the list of departmental voice mailboxes to leave a message with the Medication Department. Assessments are generally scheduled within three days.

Eligibility

Ages 18 and over with opiate use disorders. Participation requires at least three sober supports for opiate user.
